Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are designed with gentle, natural ingredients and tested on sensitive skin, mine! However, natural does not mean allergy-free. We always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin, such as the inside of your wrist, 24 hours before full use.

What is your return policy?

Cosmetic and Skincare Products
Due to health and hygiene regulations:

  • Cosmetic products, including makeup and skincare items, are considered perishable goods
  • We cannot accept returns on any opened or unopened cosmetic or skincare products
  • If you experience any issues, please contact us

Faulty Products
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Products that are faulty, damaged, or don’t match their description can be returned
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you receive a faulty item
  • Photographic evidence of the fault may be required

ONLINE ORDERS

Shipping Errors

  • If you receive incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items

How do I store my natural skincare?

To preserve the potency of natural active ingredients and increase shelf life, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What is the shelf life of the products

12 months if stored correctly, however, please dispose of the product earlier if ther are any signs of spoilage.
